Basic Nut Milk Recipe:
Soak 1 cup of raw, skinned nuts in a bowl of water overnight.
In the morning, drain and rinse the soaked nuts.
Combine the nuts with 2 cups of water in a blender or food processor.
Blend thoroughly for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour contents into the nut milk bag over a bowl and let drain.
With clean hands, squeeze and twist the bag to extra as much liquid as possible.
Sweeten as desired and store in refrigerator in a bottle. Will stay fresh for about 4 days.
