A collectable series of whimsical, happy woodland birds.
Sizing:
Hanging - approximately 1"-1.5"
Chicks - approximately 2.5"-3"
Adults - approximately 3.5"-4"
Each bird is handcrafted, first by designing then cutting shapes from clear glass and building layers of finely powdered coloured glass between the clear shapes. Next, pieces are kiln-baked, fused at ultra high temperatures then strengthened by a controlled cooling. No paints, glazes or moulds are used. No two birds are the same.
Pick a bird you see in your garden; the chick that reminds you of a special time, person or place; or the bird that simply draws out a smile! As each bird reveals their own personality and that special one will speak to you, asking to come home!
